Depending on the time and place where the order was placed (our company sends the products over the world) it may take few working days to receive the tracking code. If you receive an email, you can follow these simple steps to see the status of your order.

It States That My Order Has Been Delivered?
If you get a message saying your order has been delivered but there is nothing in your mailbox, then your package most likely has been delivered to your local post office.
Please contact your local Post Office and give them your tracking number.
